To really make your WordPress blog truly your own, we are going to cover some hacks that you can employ. While this may be a bit intimidating to novice blog administrators, those who step up to the challenge will find that hacking WordPress becomes easier each time you do it.

None of these hacks will simply tell you to install a plugin. Instead, we are going to keep the reliance on plugins to a minimum, reducing the need to consistently update them. Also, plugins require quite a bit more code than these hacks. While it may seem insignificant, reducing code bloat helps your blog’s performance. So instead of clicking the install button, you will need to get your hands dirty with the code.
